You will receive a tracking number shortly after your package has shipped so you can monitor your delivery.

We do ship to an APO address, but it may take up to a month to receive the package.

International Shipping to Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand ONLY:
We ONLY ship non-food products outside the United States.
We love providing our non-food products outside the U.S. but cannot guarantee fast shipping. Once our packages leave the U.S., they are subject to how the country we are sending it to processes orders. Most of our international orders are received within 1 - 4 weeks.

Duty taxes are determined when your package goes through customs, and we have no control over it. BACK ORDERS:
If we are out-of-stock of any of our products, we will contact you via email you provide. We will do our best to stock the item in a timely manner. We will not charge you shipping for any back ordered items if we have already shipped a package with other products that were in stock.
SHIPPING IN WARM WEATHER:
Some items may not ship well (example: candy chocolates) during warm weather. Items shipped in warm weather will not be guaranteed for safe delivery. Please consider your weather outlook when ordering items that could warp or melt if left on your front door step.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?: You do not have to be home for the post office to deliver your package. If you have a front door or porch, the postal officer will most likely leave it there. If you live in an apartment, your post office will indicate the best way to receive your package.
