FLAT-RATE SHIPPING up to $50: All U.S. orders have a flat-shipping fee of $6.95 up to $49.99, your shipping will always be $6.95. So order as much as you want!

FREE SHIPPING: All U.S. orders over $50.00 receive FREE SHIPPING. Whether $50 or over $100, you receive free shipping - everytime!

We only ship within the United States at this time. This includes Puerto Rico & APO addresses.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and E-checks via Paypal process system. You DO NOT have to be a Paypal subscriber to purchase products on our site.

You may place a phone order by calling 951-532-8197 during our business hours - 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (PST). We will process your order via our Secure Payment Terminal.

SHIPPING TIME: Our goal is to get your order to you fast! Orders received by 5:00 p.m. (Pacific time zone) will be processed and sent the following business day.* We ship First-Class Priority Mail (orders under 13 oz.) which you will recieve within 2-3 business days or USPS Parcel Post Mail (over 13 oz.) that promises a 2 - 7 day delivery time, depending on the delivery location. You will receive a tracking number shortly after your package has shipped so you can monitor your delivery.

*Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays are not considered business or transit days.

We do ship to an APO address, but it may take up to a month to receive the package.

NO SALES TAX (if shipping outside of California):
Since our company is based in Southern California, you will only be charged sales tax if shipping to a California address. You’ll save money by ordering with us!

BACK ORDERS:
If we are out-of-stock of any of our products, we will contact you via email you provide. We will do our best to stock the item in a timely manner. We will not charge you shipping for any back ordered items if we have already shipped a package with other products that were in stock.

SHIPPING IN WARM WEATHER:
Some items may not ship well (example: candy chocolates) during warm weather. Items shipped in warm weather will not be guaranteed for safe delivery. Please consider your weather outlook when ordering items that could warp or melt if left on your front door step.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?: You do not have to be home for the post office to deliver your package. If you have a front door or porch, the postal officer will most likely leave it there. If you live in an apartment, your post office will indicate the best way to receive your package.
