Using Our Designs
Our designs are to be used and enjoyed. Our designs and all photos are not to be used for commercial use or for sale in any other manner. If you intend on selling products that you create using our design ideas, you must adhere to your state and city laws and permits required for food preparation. It is also your responsibility to comply with all your local laws.
Using How-to-Books, Photos and Templates
You may not photocopy or reproduce any of our How-to-Books, in any manner. Each one is copyrighted and the sole property of Jill Foster, owner of Sweet Art Factory.
You may not print, photocopy or reproduce any material contained within this website with the intention for resale, soliciting, profit or copying.
You may reproduce (photocopy) or print any of our free templates and printables, as long as the copyright notice remains on each page.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you have received items that do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will happily accept returns (except food products) with a full refund, as long as you give us an explanation (so we can prevent it from happening again!)
Order Error
Please notify Sweet Art Factory within five business days of receiving an order in error. If your package has damages, shortages, errors etc., we want to make it right! Please check through your box carefully as small items can be lost within the packing materials.
Payment Procedure
Your privacy is of high importance so we only work with secure servers that accept credit cards and e-checks. Your information is kept private and safe through the highest level of SSL secure encrypted servers that are offered through our shopping cart and payment processors.

We will never sell or distribute your information to anyone. Any information collected at the checkout is solely used for your orders with Sweet Art Factory and parent company The Party Mom.
Color Quality of Product
We attempt to provide the exact color of the products we sell. Since we are at the mercy of different computers, we cannot guarantee the color quality of our photographs. We apologize if the product is not the exact match of the color you see on your computer.
